11. the file will be deleted after iTunes, but will remain on your hard disk. browse to the folder "Music", you should find a file that was created with an extension of this is m4a. everything you need for your ringtone.
12. right-click and select "Rename" to change the file extension to m4r.
13. double-click the file and will be opened in iTunes.
